TDC 103 KITCHEN ORGANIZATION
MYSELF &BRIEFING SESSION 😄
1) MYSELF Assalamualaikum and hello guys , especially to our lecturer 👨🏫 Chef Naim 👍🏻☺️
Fist of all, I am so sorry because my English is not too good but practice makes perfect,guys.
I am Dayang Nur Sajidah, 18 years old.I am born on 17 Dec 2000 at Hospital Papar, Kota Kinabalu and grew up at Sandakan . I have 4 siblings and im the third one. My father is a contractor, he always struggle to make our family happy and always enjoy but he also always reminds us to remember Allah in everything that we do. My mother is a teacher at secondary school at Sandakan. My ambition is to be a chef. My hobby is baking,cooking and painting.
My goals is , I want to be excellent students and get excellent results in any exams and my goal is to become a successful chef, I want to open a restaurant or bakery that sells healthy and delicious food. Insyallah, I can do it.
" I believe if I study smart,respect my teacher,my parents,always pray, Allah will give the best to you because of your efforts to be successful " - Happy belly With Sajidah :)
2) BRIEFING SESSION ( TDC 103 : KITCHEN ORGANIZATION )
~ So what we have learned from the first day of Kitchen Organization class ??
First of all, we sign up for attendance and every student introduce ourselves.
Chef Naim told us to download the Edmodo apps so that students can know about assignment and the notes. Then, Chef Naim told us to create a blog so that we can update what we have learned every time the class finished according to their own understanding.
Besides that, our lecturer also give some motivation from our senior's real story.
Even thought, failed at the beginning,ignored,lack of knowledge, financial problems, but it is not a barrier to being successful because of its successes beginning with persistent efforts. Be a devoted child to parents' orders to be blessed. Now,he became a successful chef at Japan ( Korean & Japanese cuisine ),He also got 3.87% on final exam.
In the end of the story, never give up and make your parents happy with your successful !
I really hope that, I can be like him, and achieve my goals to be a chef and to be the best student because "there's a light in the end of the tunnel"
